More photos of Cáceres, Extremadura

April 4, 2013

A little ways outside Cáceres, everything is green (at least in springtime).

Cristo de la montaña church and monastery, about half an hour’s walk from the center.

Horses are beautiful animals.

This horse was very expressive and friendly.

Finally, the center of Cáceres as seen from the next hill over.

Everything was cloudy while we were there, so the light is awful in all the photos, but that’s life! Springtime in much of Europe is a mix between beautiful sunny days where everything is wonderful and annoying persistent rain.

Here: more photos of the center of Caceres and Holy Week Procesions.

Have fun!

About the Author Daniel

How did I end up in Spain? Why am I still here almost 20 years later? Excellent questions. With no good answer... Anyway, at some point I became a blogger, bestselling author and contributor to Lonely Planet. So there's that. Drop me a line, I'm happy to hear from you.
